Mahendra Kapoor was a playback vocalist in 1960's, and he got mainstream for singing melodies for music authors like O P Nayyar and Ravi. Mahendra likewise sang a celebrated two part harmony with Lata Mangeshkar Lata Mangeshkar for 'Jiske Sapne Hame Roj Aate Rahe' which was created by Kalyanji Anandji. A portion of his remarkable melodies are 'Neele Gagan Ke Tale" (Hamraaz), "Chalo Ek Baar" (Gumrah) and "Kisi Pathar Ki Moorat Se"(Hamraaz). Introduction

Bollywood melodies, all the more formally known as Hindi film tunes or filmi songs, are tunes highlighted in Bollywood films.
